I noticed that the website stated " Our premier time-synchronization client as well as other utilities we hope you find useful." They also stated " Utility has even been listed in Lockergnome. If you dont find what youre looking for, have a question or comment, or need help, click the Contact link up top. Thanks for visiting us! 12 is now available." The meta header had TimeZone as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by VicTech, AutoDisconnect, and Time Zone which isn't as important as TimeZone. The other words the site used was WebTimeSync. NIST is also included but could not be understood by search engines.
